Everything goes through a vigorous process to ensure you are getting the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Our main objective is to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
Our priority is to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our products, due to the nature of our products, refunds for opened or custom products are prohibited and all sales are final. Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached :
- The hair must be undamaged, unworn.
- All the tags and packaging it came with must be still intact.
- All orders must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
We are happy to work with you and review this on a case-by-case basis. All returns/exchanges must be made within 72 hours of recorded receipt.Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit. Due to the delicate nature of lace closures they cannot be exchanged or replaced.
Returns/exchanges where the seal holding the hair extension in place has been removed will be refused.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
In order to accept any cancelation , kindly contact our team with reasons for cancelations within 48hours of your orders
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation fees might be charged.
